Social Services may be threatening to take your children from your care. It is important you have access to the advice and support which we can provide to help you protect your family.
It may be that Social Services have decided to issue care proceedings, initiate the pre-proceedings (Public Law Outline meetings) process or have put in place a child protection plan or child in need plan. They may be wanting your children to be placed with family members, friends or to be put into foster care. It is important you seek advice as early as possible so that you have all the information you need.

We can represent and support you through care proceedings and Court hearings. We can attend pre-proceedings meetings with you and guide you through this process. We will explain each step to you so you can make informed decisions. You will need separate legal advice to the Local Authority, Guardian and any other parent/s of your children during this time.
