We offer Legal Aid which is where HM Government fund part or all of your legal advice or provide you with a discount dependent on eligibility requirements. You may be eligible for Legal Aid which is means tested. We can help advise you on the possible sources of finance for your matter.

We offer prospective clients with a free initial consultation. This done from our offices in Taunton on request. We also offer legal surgeries in Yeovil and Minehead where you can also drop in for a initial consultation. At these free consultations you will meet with a Family Solicitor who will assess if you are eligible for Legal Aid funding or provide you with a fee estimate. These consultations can also be completed by video conferencing, we use Microsoft Teams, on request.
