We are closed for Christmas and the New Year, from 5:00 pm on 22 December 2023 through to 9:00 am on 2 January 2024. During this time we are available for urgent matters (e.g. non-molestation orders or matters at court during this period) and for new client enquiries. We are checking emails but will only reply to urgent matters. We wish you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

We offer Family law advice throughout Somerset:
We offer Legal Aid which is where the Legal Aid Agency fund part or all of your legal advice or provide you with a discount dependent on eligibility requirements. All matters involving Care Proceedings and Pre Proceedings are eligible for Legal Aid. For other matters you may also be eligible for Legal Aid which is means tested. We can help advise you on the possible sources of funding for your matter.
We believe in providing clients with affordable advice and transparent pricing. We always give a fee estimate.
Initial funding consultation for new clients
We offer prospective clients with an initial consultation to discuss funding. This is done via a phone call and takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes. In this phone call we will ask you questions to ascertain if you are eligible for Legal Aid. If you are not eligible for Legal Aid then we will provide you with an estimate for private funding. We are unable to provide advice in these phone calls but we can book a fixed fee meeting where we can provide advice.
